Claire Raley is a performance driven leader experienced with nonprofit, for-profit and governmental entities. Her areas of expertise include corporate community affairs, the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), philanthropy, corporate social responsibility, community and affordable housing development, and community health and wellness. Claire recently retired from BankUnited as its SVP, CRA/Community Development Officer and is exploring new opportunities that will continue to leverage her decades of community development experience. She continues to serve on the Board of Directors for two CDFIs, Florida Community Loan Fund and Neighborhood Lending Partners, and provides ongoing volunteer support to newly created nonprofit organization Partners for Housing Palm Beach County, Inc.

In addition to Claire’s 11 years with BankUnited, her professional work experience includes: corporate level community affairs positions at JP Morgan Chase, Washington Mutual Bank, and AmeriFirst Bank; nonprofit management and program experience with affordable housing developer Greater Miami Neighborhoods, national community development intermediary Local Initiatives Support Corporation and the Sheet Metal Worker’s National Pension Fund; and, local government experience with the City of Miami Beach, Miccosukee Indian Tribe of Florida and the City of Hialeah.
